About Susanna

Susanna is the recipe developer and author behind the weekly newsletter My Global Pantry and the social media account @myglobalpantry, where she shares meal inspiration with over 200,000 curious home cooks. She holds a Master’s Degree in World Food from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Northern Italy, home of the Slow Food Movement.

Before pivoting to food, Susanna spent a decade in a corporate career in the travel industry. She knows what it’s like to finish a long day of meetings and still have to figure out dinner, so that experience shapes everything she develops: weeknight meals and WFH lunches that are genuinely doable without sacrificing flavor.
